Kabam has released fresh details on Marvel Realm of Champions, its upcoming action RPG. This one sees you aligning your custom superhero with one of the game's houses. These are basically factions ruled by famous Marvel characters, including Queen Shuri and Peggy Carter.

This month's featured house has now been announced, and it's the Asgardian Republic. This follows on from the reveal of the Patriot Garrison, the Temple of Vishanti, the House of Iron, the Kingdom of Wakanda, and more.

The Earth has been plunged into a dangerous realm known as the Battleworld, where all of Marvel's legendary heroes and now trapped in a violent war. This should allow for plenty of fun arena-based combat encounters as you rise through the ranks and perhaps play a few matches against others online.

Marvel Realm of Champions doesn't currently have a firm release date, but we do know that it's planned to launch later this year for iOS and Android. It definitely sounds like one of the more promising Marvel titles in development, alongside Netmarble's Marvel Future Revolution.
