It is tremendously dark times, and the world of Puzzle and Dragons is under threat; warriors are lagging under contest assault from enemy forces, and the people desperately call out for a hero. Then, on the horizon, the latest collaborative characters enter the fray, led by a grizzled veteran of many a bloody and horrific battle; Hello Kitty.

This marks the sixth time that Sanrio has teamed up with GungHos’ puzzle game, and I for one will never stop being amused by the thought of a vanquished foe's last sight being an adorable white cat brandishing a massive weapon. Until January 29th you can recruit fighters such as Sea Wolf Pochacco, Kuromi the Great King, and the somehow terrifyingly designed With Raffine Hello Kitty.

Grab yourself a generous three pulls from the Sanrio machine by clearing the Sanrio Characters Collab, as well as a six-star pull if you beat REMDrapurin Descended. Then, take these new characters into the Skill Levelling dungeon to get them combat-ready as soon as possible. Through these dungeons, you will also earn medals to trade at the Monster Exchange for Sanrio characters like 70’s Hello Kitty and Kitty REMDra.

After building a Sanrio army, challenge the Sanrio Characters Land dungeon, which benefits teams led by a collab character with a special Assist Evolution for the defeated boss with a 100% drop rate. If you use the character specified as your leader, you’ll rack up even more rewards.

There are two Title Challenges up for grabs, with the first being the rather predictable Hello Kitty tag, so any big fans can grab this. And, of course, something like a Hello Kitty Collaboration would need to have a cutesy title up for grabs, so if you want to be known as a Cinnamoroll, tackle this second dungeon.
