Let's take a moment and look to the future. Not too far into the future, obviously, we're not magicians - but into next week. In fact, let's take a look at what we think is the best game that's coming to the App Store in the next seven days.

What game is that? Well we've had a good long think and scratched our beards and we think you should be getting excited about Lyrical Letters, a puzzler that sees you tickling the ivories to your heart's content.

But it's not just about music, it's about words too. You play songs, find letters, and then use those letters to make - you guessed it - words. There are a number of different sounds you can get out of your little digital piano, and on top of that there's some composition to get your teeth into too.

You can write songs, which are also puzzles, and then share them with your friends. It's sort of like if Beethoven did crosswords on a Korg synthesizer. Or, alternatively, it's nothing like that at all.

There's plenty to sink your teeth into here as well, and even if you don't have the piano skills of a well-skilled pianist, there's a really solid experience here all the same. Anyone with a penchant for spelling is going to adore this one.

The point is, Lyrical Letters does lots of really cool things, and it looks like it's set to do them really well. There isn't another game like Lyrical Letters on the App Store, and it's rare we get to say that in these hallowed pages.

It's set to land on the App Store next Thursday, and it'll be free to pick up when it lands. If you'd like, you can click right here to pre-order the game. That way you'll get a notification as soon as it comes out and get ahead of the curve.
