The original Sky Force came out on mobile devices in 2004. It was a great looking mobile game for its day, and fantastic shooter to boot. Now, a decade later, Sky Force 2014 is looking to do the same again with the benefit of modern tech. Sky Force 2014 retains the tight shmup combat and vertically scrolling levels of the original. As before, you must attack approaching targets, while trying to avoid the halestorm of bullets the game throws at you. A responsive one-to-one contr…Watch The Video Review
You know, sometimes a lot of the gaming ideas on the App Store are akin to walking down the aisles of a carnival sideshow, where all these fun little tests of skill are awaiting you; some that are primed to be more fair than others. This comparison is being used here because Can Knockdown 3 is exactly what it sounds like; the third game in a series where you throw baseballs at cans in order to knock them down. It's like having the carnival in the palm of your hand! Really the game is…Watch The Video Review
From creating pottery, to knocking down cans and stopping waves of red and blue jelly monsters, Infinite Dreams easily lives up to their name as they approach a wide variety of games and styles of play from casual to hardcore. Shoot The Zombirds acts as the nightmarish sequel to last year's Shoot The Birds and while much of the basic gameplay is in tact, small tweaks keep the game fresh and place an emphasis on careful, precise shots. In particular, Pumpkin Boy packs far fewer arrows…Watch The Video Review
It seems odd that despite having other games under their belt, the one thing that stands out in my mind from Infinite Dreams is 'Let's Create! Pottery'. It's strange because Pottery is less of a game and more of a toy with some objectives, but more importantly because their Jelly series of mini-games has finally culminated in the recent release of Jelly Defense on the App Store. What's immediately striking about Jelly Defense is the simple, yet perfectly zany aesthetic that uses littl…Watch The Video Review
Playing 'Let's create! Pottery' was an interesting lesson for me as a gamer, or more specifically a bit of a reminder to not judge a book (or game in this case) by its cover. While the ultimate aim of this not-quite-a-game title from Infinite Dreams is to merely craft pottery, the journey from hobbyist to artist is a surprisingly fun and challenging experience to follow. Much like the creation of real pottery there are several stages to work through. At first you'll be presented with…Watch The Video Review
Do you fancy yourself nautically minded? Do you watch the America's Cup every year? If so, i assume you're a fan of sailing, and if that is the case, you should probably check out Sailboat Championship Pro, a game where you must control your yacht around a course in order to achieve the fastest lap times possible. There are multiple levels of control from manning the sails, to steering, but you can have the computer handle the sails while you concentrate on catching the wind. These co…Watch The Video Review
