Updated 25th November 2021. Original post by Harry Slater, updated by Himanshu Cheeta Games have started becoming an integral part of people's lives as they provide a perfect platform for friends to bond. There are a lot of multiplayer games from various genres that can be enjoyed on your phone, including co-op and PvP games. So here's a list of the 5 best multiplayer games that you can enjoy with friends and family. 1. Among Us Most of you probably already know about Among Us, which was one of the best and most exciting multiplayer mobile games in 2020, but players still love it quite a bit today. What happens in the game is that many players are present in a lobby waiting to be assigned…
7 sometimes skillful runs from Crossy Road
Although some would argue otherwise, it’s not as though all free-to-play titles are terrible; it’s just that the vast majority do terrible things with the monetisation that means they turn out stinking worse than a dead skunk covered in rotten eggs. Thankfully, Crossy Road does not belong to that highly malodorous category, and is blessedly devoid of paywalls, timers, or ludicrous $100 in-app purchases. It also doesn’t hurt that Crossy Road is strong in both the visual and gameplay departments, making it an entertaining choice for replay-watching - a quality which is amply demonstrated in the videos below. As always, go ahead and post your own in the comments. I’ve…

9 must-see real life versions of mobile video games, featuring Surgeon Sim, Candy Crush, Clash of Clans, and more
Have you ever finished playing a game and been so into it that you can't stop thinking about it, even in day-to-day life? I have. There was a whole week after playing Assassin's Creed where every rooftop looked like a potential escape route from any angry Borgias I might run into while wondering around Bristol city centre. A bunch of other people clearly have too, as they've gone ahead and created real world versions of some of their favourite games. And these are 9 of the very best... Subway Surfers - A great video, one heck of an ending. Crossy Road - Do not try this at home folks. Angry Birds - This one gets bonus points for being interactive. Clash of Clans - I wouldn't want…
These are my 7 favourite Crossy Road characters, what are yours?
It's a question as old as time: “what are the best Crossy Road characters ever?” Obviously I already know mine, so I've had a scout around the Everyplay archives to find them and compile this big list of videos of people winning them in the prize machine. But I don't know yours, so make sure to let me know what they are in the comments at the bottom of the page. Dragon - It's mighty, it breathes fire, and it looks awesome... what's not to like? Capybara - They have one of these in Bristol Zoo, and I'm always tempted to jump into its enclosure and hug it. Pew Die Pug - Top marks for being a pug, bonus points for being a very specific pug. Doge - Wow. So Doge. Much…
Crossy Road: here's what 63 goes on the prize machine looks like
One of the things I like about Crossy Road the most is unlocking new characters. Sure the refined Frogger-esque gameplay, and colourful blocky visuals are a big draw too, but it's the thrill of pulling the handle on the prize machine, crossing your fingers, and hoping you get something awesome out of it that's the real appeal to me. Which is why the below video, showing a peep on Everyplay putting 6300 coins into the machine, is super gratifying to those like me with a love for all things Gacha. Not got Crossy Road yet? What are you playing at? Rectify that error right now. [App Store link] [Google Play link] [Amazon Appstore link]…
Crossy Road: here's how to unlock the Crab, Drop Bear, Andy Sum, Matt Hall, and Ben Weatherall
Good old Mark's gone ahead and created a super handy video guide on how to unlock all the new characters from the latest update to Crossy Road. Two new animals are up for grabs - the Crab and Drop Bear - and the developers - Andy Sum, Matt Hall, and Ben Weatherall from Hipster Whale - have gone and chucked themselves in as playable characters too. Here's Mr. Brown to explain how to grab them for yourself. [App Store link] [Google Play link] [Amazon Appstore link]…
Hands-on with Crossy Road, a modern day take on an amphibian classic
No one is going to argue that Crossy Road isn't a take on iconic Konami arcade game Frogger. But as an homage it's super high quality, and very entertaining in its own right. It blends the jumping gameplay of Frogger with an auto-runner like Temple Run, to create a polished (and very good looking) high score chaser. Here's my hands-on with the game.…
